Yes. We offer flexible lease-to-own (rent-to-own) options specifically for Body Corporates and similar managed communities. This allows trustees to upgrade to a modern, high-performance CCTV and security system without a large upfront capital outlay. Instead, the system is paid off over an agreed term through fixed monthly payments, after which ownership transfers to the Body Corporate.

Please note: these lease-to-own options are not currently available for private individual homeowners and are designed for sectional title schemes, estates, and multi-unit properties.

We work alongside and integrate with your existing guarding and armed response providers, sharing alerts, footage and incident reports so that they can respond faster and more effectively. In short, we enhance and support your current security companies rather than replace them.
